Tabungan Kesra is a savings product for clients to select products that suit them. Tabungan Kesra has the following benefits:

  1. Multi rate interest rates. The greater the account balance, the higher the interest rate is and is calculated daily.
  2. Savings book is provided.
  3. Customer can do transaction at the whole Bank Mestika Offices.
  4. Free monthly administration fee
  5. Auto debit is available for PDAM Tirtanadi Medan bills, electricity bills and phone bills (Telkom and Indihome, XL, Telkomsel: Halo,Indosat Ooredoo and BPJS Health
  6. Overdraft Safe Guard (OD Safe Guard) and Sweep are available.

Term and Condition :

  1. The client is an individual.
  2. The client shall present a valid original identity card (resident identification card/KTP, driving license, temporary work permit/KITAS or permanent work permit/KITAP.
  3. The client shall present the taxpayer registration number (NPWP).
  4. The client shall sign an adequately stamped declaration letter for those without NPWP.
  5. The client shall complete an Account Opening Form and Personal Data Form.
  6. The client shall have a minimum beginning balance of RP 100,000,-.
  7. The client shall have a minimum balance of Rp 100,000,-.
  8. The client shall have a minimum balance of Rp 1,000,000,- for OD Safe Guard and Sweep.
  9. Account opening can only be done before the bank customer service officer.
  10. The client shall show the original savings book and ID card during withdrawals.
  11. Withdrawals by non-client shall be accompanied by the power of attorney with sufficient stamps.
  12. Transaction can be done anytime during business hours.
  13. The interest rates are calculated at the end of the month and credited to the savings account at the beginning of the following month.
  14. Tax on interest shall be imposed in accordance with the prevailing regulations.
  15. Transactions which are not printed onto the savings book for 3 (three) consecutive months shall be cumulated into 1 (one) debit/credit transaction.
  16. In case of discrepancies between the balance in the savings book and in the bank’s bookkeeping, the balance shall refer to that in the bank’s bookkeeping.
  17. If the client passes away, the release of the savings by the heir shall conform to the prevailing laws.

  1. In case of the loss of the savings book :
    • The client shall close the account at the bank where the opening has been done.
    • The client shall sign a loss declaration with sufficient stamps.
    • The client shall open a new account if necessary.
  2. The account is automatically closed if the balance is “0”.
  3. The bank has the rights to block a bank account anytime based on its discreation considering any inappropriate use of the account.
  4. The account balance shall be deducted if the interest is unable to cover the administration fee.
  5. The savings account becomes dormant if the client has not made any transactions for 6 ( six ) consecutive months and the client shall reactivate the account at the office where the opening has been done.

Fees

  • Monthly administration fee : Free
  • Monthly administration fee (dormant) : Rp 10.000,- monthly if average balance less than Rp 500.000,-
  • Auto Debit fee for BPJS Health, PLN, PDAM Tirtanadi Medan, TELKOM (Landline and Indihome), XL, TELKOMSEL (Halo) and INDOSAT Ooredoo IDR 2,500 per monthly bill.
  • OD Safe Guard/ Sweep fee : Rp 1.000,- each transaction
  • Cumulative transaction printout : Rp 5.000,- each page
  • Account closing fee : Rp 100.000,-
